Electives
Each day's schedule will include time for an elective activity. Most days, more than one elective will be offered at the same time, and you can choose which, if any, you would like to attend. Electives offered will also depend to some degree on the interests and number of participants, and will be finalized once enrolment is complete.

Individual Tuition: |
Interested in some one-on-one professional instruction on your instrument? Each violinist, violist, and cellist participant will have the opportunity to book a private session with one of our tutors.

Technique Classes: |
There are many
issues common to all string players. This group class will allow you to
learn with others who share in the challenges of mastering your
instrument. Classes will be offered for violin, viola, and cello. |

"Playing Without Pain" Lecture: |
Are you bothered by aches and pains when you play? Interested in injury  prevention? Or just curious about the subject of musicians' injuries? Christine Gale Harrison, co-author of "The Athletic Musician" will tell you about her personal experience with a musician's injury, her work with the Stouffville Musicians' Injuries Clinic, and give you an overview of the principles of injury prevention. |
