The tutors at "Basically Quartets" have been selected for their expertise in the field of chamber music, for their experience as teachers and coaches and for their genuine interest in adult learners.
In addition, each tutor brings with them particular skills or experiences that make them ideally suited to "Basically Quartets". Christine's work in the prevention of musicians' injuries, Katharine's authorship of "Violin for Dummies," Brian's many years of experience as a chamber player and coach and George's specialty of 19th century performance practice will enhance and broaden the "Basically Quartets" experience.
With enrolment limited to a maximum of 5 groups, there will be a high ratio of tutors to participants. And for those who are interested, there will be an opportunity for one-on-one tuition. |
